Good morning, sir,
When did you first notice this?
Is it as a result of eating a particular food, or doing a particular activity?
Are you currently taking any other medications, do you have any other health history?

I would say that it has been happening to me for about a year. I haven't noticed if it's after eating a particular food, but it always happens in the evening. I don't take any medication and I have no health history

Thanks for the feedback.
At first glance, I think we should try to find a possible cause. What I suggest for the next 4 to 6 weeks is to keep a journal where you will write down everything you consume and the quantities, but also the activities you undertake and your state of mind (fatigue, stress, etc.). In the second column, you could write down the occurrence and extent of the symptoms. We could then identify some possible causes.
This may take several weeks so I suggest being diligent.
If no cause can be suggested, I suggest consulting a physician for a thorough evaluation of the situation.
For nausea, the first-line treatment is Gravol, available behind the counter. It is impossible to suggest options for the other symptoms as their cause is unknown.
I hope I have been helpful and remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
