Are there any limitations to using a home Doppler to listen to the baby?

I would like to know your opinion on the frequency of use of a doopler. I am at 12 weeks and I heard it at the doctor's office once during the pregnancy so I have the machine at home now.

Hello, thank you for your question!
Using a doppler at home does not pose a risk to the baby. However, you will read that it is not recommended by health authorities because it can give a false sense of security to the parents, so they will not consult the doctor when there is something wrong...
I hope I have been helpful to you, and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!
