Is there an interaction between evening primrose oil and sertraline?

The references I have consulted indicate a low risk of interaction between evening primrose oil and one of the enzymes responsible for metabolizing ('digesting') sertraline.

Considering the limited data supporting its effectiveness for various conditions, I would not be inclined to suggest it. If you decide to use it, I suggest that you be on the lookout for possible symptoms and discontinue its use if necessary.
