Are there any contraindications to taking Tylenol Cold, Advil and Cough Syrup if I am taking fertility drugs?

Hello, I am currently taking Gonal-F 450ui and Luveris 225ui every day for IVF. For the past few days, I have had a cold (sore throat, sinus congestion). My Covid tests are negative. I tried the Sinus Rinse, but it gives me a headache and my ears feel like the water pressure is staying there. Is this normal or am I using the technique wrong? Thank you for your help.

Tylenol Sinus, Advil and many cough syrups contain ingredients that should be avoided during pregnancy and in people trying to conceive The best treatment is nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It is a little uncomfortable but works extremely well to prevent secretions from running down the throat which often causes coughing. Lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief from throat irritation.
