Is there a pill that would delay my period so that I can have it after the trip? Or would it trigger them before? Thank you

I would like to go on a trip eventually. Ticket purchased in advance so I can't postpone if I get my period (I'd like to not have to deal with tampons/sanitary napkins there)

Unless you use continuous hormonal contraception, there is no real miracle solution unfortunately.
