Is there an over-the-counter cream or ointment for a sty?

The use of an antibiotic cream is not necessary for the treatment of a stye. Simply apply a warm, moist washcloth to the eyelid as often/long as possible for the stye to drain. Afterwards, you will need to change your makeup that has been in contact with your eyelids.
