Is there an over-the-counter cream available for eczema on the eyelids?

I have no allergies. The stress and the change of season dries my skin terribly and this year. For the moment I use a cream from Avene for sensitive eyes. It's not moisturizing enough and it doesn't heal anything.

Hello Ma'am,
The use of cream on the eyelids is a sensitive situation because there is a risk that the ingredients in the cream can travel to the eye. For example, one could increase the risk of cataracts by using a cortisone cream near the eyes for a long period of time.
If the moisturizer you are using right now is not enough, you could try putting Vaseline™ on your eyelids before bed. Applying it every night for 1 week should already bring relief.
If after a week it still doesn't work, then you'll go to the doctor and get a cream that's strong enough to treat the eczema, but not too harmful to the eyes.
