Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Would it be possible to know if you have other symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, even a little? Are you taking any other medication at this time?

Thank you for your answer. I had no other symptoms. Apart from a sore throat, fatigue and fever. So I finally went to see a doctor and I have a pharyngeal abscess.

Thanks for the information, I'm reassured that the situation has been taken care of, please don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
Tylenol and lozenges can help with the pain and Tylenol is the first line for fever. I would also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
Sincerely
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
