Is there a cream/oil that I can put on him considering it's near his mouth?

My 6 month old baby is teething and has eczema like patches around his mouth and cheeks. No, it doesn't have a plate anywhere else.

Hello ma'am, would you be able to upload some well-lit images? Are there plates elsewhere on the body? Thanks for the feedback! Salivation can indeed cause irritation on the face. I suggest that you avoid wiping your face as much as possible as this can increase the irritation. Only lightly pat down with a moist, fragrance-free wipe. I also suggest a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno or Glaxal Base, which can be applied as often as needed and are non-toxic if ingested. I will be available if anything comes up!
