Hello, my almost 5 week old baby seems to have secretions, especially at night for about 2-3 weeks now. Also, since 2-3 days his voice is very hoarse, in other words "seems to be broken", as if he had been screaming for a long time which is not the case. He has no other associated symptoms (fever, cough or other). I am doing the nasal hygiene recommended by ste Justine since yesterday (I did it twice).

Hello Mrs,
I would like to reassure you that, in the absence of other symptoms, there is no need to worry.
You have done well with nasal hygiene (followed by aspiration of secretions with a baby fly), but I encourage you to do it as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. There is no maximum number of times during the day, this is the first line treatment.
I hope I've put your mind at ease, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

Thank you!
can it be related to his reflux?

This is a possibility but the medical evaluation should shed more light on this :)!
