Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to improve this and make it happen less often?

I constantly pinch my nerve (I suppose that's what it is) and it hurts intensely for a few seconds and then it goes away and sometimes it's still tender. At night it wakes me up when I make a movement or even sometimes just with a massage the pain can occur. This happens at least once a day. The last time I had so much pain in the shoulder area and it stretched to the breast I had to have a seizure.

Hello ma'am, have you ever consulted a physiotherapist for this problem?
20-year-old woman · a year ago
No, it's the first time I'm consulting for this. It's made too unbearable.

Thank you for the information, I am sorry for the delay in my response, I had not seen the notification!
However, it is impossible to determine the cause, and therefore to develop a treatment, for this from this platform, as a physical evaluation is required.
To this end, I strongly suggest consulting either a physician or a physiotherapist: they are the professionals best placed to assess problems of this type. Most group insurances cover physiotherapy consultations.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
