Hello, My 2 1/2 year old son had two pneumonias in 1 month. At the moment, every time he makes a physical effort or runs a little too much, he coughs a lot and sometimes vomits. Yes indeed, but since he had his pneumonias, every time he runs a little or does a more active activity, he will start coughing until he vomits.

To give yourself the best chance, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, the flow of secretions down the throat can be greatly reduced. It's a little uncomfortable but it works wonders!
