I wonder what it could be. Is it possible a reaction to a deodorant only on one side? Eczema?

Hello, under my left armpit I have several pimples that appear and disappear at times. At the moment I have a lot of them. It stings and heats up at the same time. I only have them on my left side and not on my right.

It is only under the left armpit and it stings and heats up at the same time. This is not the first time this has happened, but as much as it does. It leaves and comes back ....

Hello!
Under the arms, since it is usually a warm and humid area, it is not uncommon to find fungal infections (mycosis). At first glance, the lesions do not really match what we would expect in this type of infection. It is therefore not impossible that it could be eczema, a reaction to a product (soap, deodorant, etc.) or shaving lesions for example.
In these last 3 cases, you could try applying hydrocortisone 0.5% or 1% twice a day in the morning and evening for 1 week to reduce the inflammation and itching. However, if you notice that the lesions get worse over the days despite the treatment, it is important to stop it. If the treatment fails, you can try an antifungal cream such as Canestin 1%, applied twice a day in the morning and evening for 1 to 4 weeks.

Great! I just applied cortisone last night. I will continue like that and follow the evolution. Thanks for your answer
