My daughter has itchy spots?

My daughter has extremely itchy pimples on her bottom and I can't figure out what they are. I was wondering if the pimples could be impetigo but they don't seem to be crusted like the pictures say.

Hello, thank you for your question, but it is impossible to make an opinion without first seeing the lesions you are referring to (which is impossible here). I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a photo. The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he deems it necessary.
