We gave my soon to be 7 month old baby some prune puree tonight. During the bath, I noticed that he had a lot of red patches on his back. I'm sure it wasn't there before dinner. My question is: is it possible that this is an allergic reaction? What should I do afterwards (give him more or not?) * Note that he has a little eczema (ankle, cheeks, neck, chest)
