After how many days is the 3rd dose of the COVID vaccine effective?

Hello, I received the 3rd dose of vaccine (Pfizzer) against COVID on Dec. 23. How many days after receiving the vaccine is it fully effective? I am 70 years old. I would like to wait for its full effectiveness before taking an appointment in a public place (hairdresser, restaurant). Thank you.

Based on the data available for the second dose, this would be 7-14 days. I haven't found an exact time frame for the booster dose, but a similar time frame seems realistic.
