Can I give iron supplements to my 2 year old?

Hello, I have a two year old boy. For almost 6 months, it's been a struggle to get him to eat, he always wants to eat the same thing. We have an appointment with a new pediatrician in 3 months and then do an anemia test.

This type of supplement should only be given if a deficiency is detected. You will have to wait for the appointment with the doctor before starting this kind of supplementation.
