What can I do to help my 7 month old coconut's cough? For the eyes, is there anything I can do to help them?

Hello, 7 month old baby who coughs a lot at night. No fever (for the moment) & yellow secretions coming out of the eyes. Eyes are stuck when he wakes up. Her sister (2 years old) has caught it too. She doesn't have fever anymore, but she also has yellow secretions & stuck eyes.
