Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
At first glance, an anti-nausea medication is recommended. Your pharmacist will be able to serve you an anti-nausea medication without a prescription (behind the counter) and give you the appropriate advice.
For abdominal pain, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is the best solution.
As much as possible, hydrate yourself with a few sips every 2 to 5 minutes. When you start eating again, choose light foods such as soups, broths, toast with butter, soda crackers, etc. and avoid heavy or sweet foods such as milk, red meat and undiluted juices
I hope I have been helpful and remain available if you have any further questions
