What can I do to help my constipated baby?

My 5 month old baby has not had a bowel movement in 8 days. He is mostly breastfeeding, but has been eating cereal for 3 days. I also gave him prunes. He sleeps really badly and seems uncomfortable. I have to use the magic bag often.

Has your child had zero stools or very few and very hard?

I am asking because if it is really zero after 7 days, you need to see a doctor.
