What does increased ALT mean? I am currently on Tasigna for CML.

This means that there could be liver damage. It's not necessarily dangerous but usually we calculate these enzymes to give us an idea of liver function and adjust the dose of Tasigna accordingly.
Since I don't have all the values to calculate your liver function, I recommend you consult your specialist doctor or ask your pharmacy to contact your specialist!
