10-month-old baby with loose stools?

Hello, for a few days my baby, 10 months old, has been having very liquid stools. It looks like water with a few pieces. We are on the transition from 3.25% milk since 1 month. He is eating yogurt and cheese. What can I do to help the situation? Could this be a reaction to the milk? He is in good shape, has no mood changes or stomach aches from his feedings.
