My 2 year old daughter has small pimples on her thighs?

My 2 year old daughter has had small pimples on her thighs for about 10 days. They seem to be starting to sting for the past 2 days. I thought they were heat rash but it doesn't seem to be going away, in fact it's quite the opposite. What does it seem to be? How can it be relieved and treated?

Hello, thank you for your question, but unfortunately it is impossible to make a determination without first seeing the lesions you are referring to (which is impossible here). So I recommend that you go to the pharmacy and show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a picture.
The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on their observations and other questions, or recommend a medical consultation if they feel it is necessary.
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time.
