Good morning, ma'am,
Since when did you notice this?
Would it be possible to upload some well-lit images to see the situation?

Thanks for the information!
The basis of the treatment will be moisturizing the skin and other non-pharmacological measures:
  • A fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others should be applied as often as needed. I personally recommend Aveeno because it is oat-based and can help relieve itching if it occurs.
  • The cream should be applied whenever the need to scratch arises, among other things. Keep in mind that there is no maximum number of times per day, it can be applied as often as needed.
  • Use a non-scented soap, and after the bath or shower, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly tap the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the moisturizer quickly after getting out of the bath.
In the absence of other symptoms, these measures are usually sufficient. I invite you to apply them and only monitor the situation. If the lesions persist for more than 7 days without improvement, or if a fever occurs, I suggest that you consult a doctor as a precaution.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm available if you have any other questions!
