After having made a coffee scrub in the shower, three weeks ago a red patch appeared on my right thigh only.I left my usual shower gel for the dove soap bar without perfume and hypoallergenic by creasing myself every night with aveceno.Despite all after each shower, the small red patches remain itchy and the skin swells.

Hello, I would advise you to go and show the lesion in a pharmacy. I would think that if the scrub is the cause, you would have redness everywhere. Could the plaque be something else? In any case, the pharmacist on duty could advise you on a suitable product or refer you to the right place.
