What can I take while pregnant to help with nasal congestion related to a cold?

I already take sinus rinse and tylenol. I have apo-mometasone at home.

Hello,
Yes, mometasone (or Nasonex) nasal spray can be used while pregnant as it acts locally only. I recommend that you do a sinus rinse first, blow your nose, then use the mometasone
As an alternative to mometasone, a nasal decongestant spray (e.g. Dristan, Otrivin) is also safe to use during pregnancy for a short period of time (7 days or less) because of its local effect
