What else can I do besides taking Imodium?

Hello, for the last 3 days I have been going to the bathroom and I have diarrhea. I took some immodiun but it continues no apart from the fact that it feels like stirring in my belly and I have a lot of swings i took some rice water too

Choose light foods such as soups, broths, crackers, toast with butter, and eggs. Avoid heavy or sweet foods such as red meat If the condition persists for more than 7 days or gets worse, you should see a doctor.
