What can I give them to prevent pain on takeoff and landing?

My children have often had serous ear infections, my daughter (4 years old) has had tubes twice but no longer has any. Their ear infections often go unnoticed, so I'm afraid I won't know that they have ear infections when we travel. For the moment I give them a spray of "Salinex" every day. (My boy is 2 1/2 years old)

Hello, you can make them drink or eat something during these periods that will help. The pacifier if they still have one
