Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles! The pictures you show show a lot of scratching, which can make the situation worse. For now, I recommend using a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Cerave, Cutibase, Glaxal Base, Aveeno or others as often as needed during the day , whenever the need to scratch arises Use a fragrance-free soap such as Dove, and after the shower avoid rubbing the skin vigorously to dry it; instead, lightly pat it dry to leave a thin layer of moisture and apply moisturizer within 5 minutes of leaving the shower. If you are able, I suggest trying to identify a cause, whether it is a food or a product such as a new soap or detergent. If it persists or gets worse, you will need to see a doctor.
