What should I do because I can hardly walk because it hurts so much

I have a sting with a hole in it (I think it's a sting) on my leg my leg is all swollen and it's close to a big accident scar and the veins of the scar are getting red

It is difficult to give an adequate opinion without seeing the lesion you describe, but the symptoms described would merit a medical evaluation to exclude the risk of cellulitis (skin infection) and thrombophlebitis, among others.
