I have a headache and a stuffy nose, what can I take?

I have had a stuffy nose for 3 days with a headache. I took tylenol sinus but it doesn't go away. I can't see a doctor until next Wednesday. I already do the sinus rinse 4 times a day. I do not take any medication, I am not pregnant and I have no allergies.

Thank you for the feedback In this case I would encourage you to stop Tylenol Sinus and take Advil Cold and Sinus instead. Advil can help reduce inflammation. It should be taken with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation and should not be taken too late at night as it is a stimulant I encourage you to continue nasal hygiene, as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime .
