Hello Sir,
Do you have any other symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, even a little?
Have you tried anything for this problem?

No, I don't have a blocked or runny nose and I haven't tried anything except ineffective valsava maneuvers

Thanks for the information!
I would be inclined to suggest the use of a decongestant nasal spray such as Dristan, Drixoral or similar. Although it is used in the nostrils, it can help unclog the ears if the problem is in the sinus cavities. Your pharmacist will be able to tell you the exact method of use, but you should not exceed 3 to 5 days of use.
After the sprays I invite you to try the valsalva maneuvers. If this does not bear fruit after 5 to 7 days, I advise you to consult a doctor to properly evaluate the situation and, if necessary, not to delay the proper treatment.
i will remain available if you have any further questions!

Yes, I will have one last one, a month and a half ago I was diagnosed with an acute mastoiditis in my right ear and I was given merculius solubilis and since then I haven't noticed any improvement and also if I delayed to have this mastoiditis treated, can it cause a hearing loss?

Did the ENT doctor prescribe a homeopathic product?
If you haven't noticed any improvement for so long afterwards, you should see a doctor as soon as possible to thoroughly evaluate your situation.
Mastoiditis can cause a decrease in hearing due to inflammation.
