I caught a cold and lost my voice?

In the absence of symptoms other than a sore throat (e.g. stuffy or runny nose, even a little), I suggest acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) for pain/irritation relief.

I also suggest lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend if needed, for local relief of throat irritation.

I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.

Also, time will do its work
