What can explain my condition? My breasts have grown a little bit, but I am still breastfeeding.

Baby of 7 months and a half, on Saturday I had spotting so I thought about my return of my period. Only, I have had absolutely nothing since then. For the past few days I've also been more tired, dizzy from not much, swollen, I've also had mild menstrual cramps. I thought my body was preparing for my period to come back or I could be pregnant again. I did a test with Equate and it came back negative on Monday, but since then my condition is still the same. I am still breastfeeding but no, no contraception. I took a 2nd pregnancy test this morning which was negative.

Hello ma'am, are you breastfeeding? Are you taking birth control? Thank you for the information. I would like to reassure you that the absence of menstruation is not completely abnormal considering that you are breastfeeding. It does not necessarily indicate a problem, especially if you are breastfeeding or pumping frequently.
