Hello, I went to the spa 3 days ago and I have had water in my ears since then. When I yawn or sneeze, sometimes I can feel the water moving in my ears.

Hello,
it is rare that just water can cause an ear infection, but it is not impossible.
There are Auro-Dri drops available in pharmacies that allow you to dry the water in your ears after swimming. I recommend that you talk to your pharmacist first.
For the signs of otitis, watch out for this:
-sharp pain in the ear
-decreased hearing
-headaches
-ringing in the ears
-fever
If symptoms of otitis appear, it is a good idea to consult a professional.
