I have a white patch in the back of my throat. I don't have a sore throat and I don't have the flu or a cold. I have to know that I am 22 weeks pregnant, I can't take any medication. No other symptoms. I noticed this kind of white "pimple" yesterday in the late afternoon because it was bothering me. It feels strange in my mouth, like I have food stuck in the back of my throat. It's not food, I can tell you.
