Hello I am 8 weeks pregnant and I have covid. I have been vaccinated 3 times and this is the first time I have covid.

Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles!
The best treatment is still nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works extremely well!
I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference, and lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can offer local relief of throat irritation in addition to Tylenol
