My daughter has a bright red head, what should I do?

My daughter, who is almost 3 years old, has a bright red head that hurts and a few stink bumps. She had dry patches of skin in the same place 3 weeks ago and the doctor prescribed nizoral and taro mometasone lotion 0.1% because he thought it was sebhoric dermatitis. I think that's why it got worse. Since yesterday she has a fever but it goes away with Advil and comes back. She has 4-5 bumps on the back of her head downwards. I consulted my family doctor yesterday and he says that they are lymph nodes. He is not sure what she has seen the reaction to the products. My dogs had ringworm in August, is it possible that this is it? What should I do given the situation? It hurts him a lot

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give an opinion without first seeing the lesions you are referring to, which is impossible here. I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a photo.
The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he deems it necessary.
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time.
