My daughter has had a cold for two weeks, what can I do to help her?

34-year-old womana year ago
Hello, My three year old daughter has had a cold for two weeks (congestion and colored nasal discharge). I do nasal hygiene several times a day, but the situation does not improve. Nor has the cough gotten worse in the last week. However, she does not have a fever.

Hello Mrs.,
For the past 2 weeks, has there been a small improvement along the way?
How would you describe his general state of health, diet?

Hello,
yes there was an improvement along the way, but it seems to be regressing with her cough and yet I have not returned her to the daycare since she has her cold precisely to cure it and especially because I have a two month old at home.
Her general condition is good. Also, she eats well in general except that she is more selective, but it's the 3 year old that does that and not the cold.

Thanks for the feedback, please forgive my delay!
I am reassured that he is in good condition and able to eat, even if less than usual.
I want to reassure you, what you describe is very common in young people of this age, the most important is his general condition. You did well with the nasal hygiene that I recommend as often as necessary during the day, and also 30 minutes before meals and bedtime.
Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids, even if it means giving her smaller amounts more often.
I will be available if there is anything
