What can I do? Is it possible that my bowel movements could be related to my "little cold"? Thank you

I am usually constipated when everything is going well, and now my stools have been soft and greenish for 2 days. I also have a little runny nose and a sore throat (I don't know if this is related). It is so "soft" that flatulence can cause a bowel movement. This is really not the way my regular stools look, which are more like "little bunny balls" (sorry for the picture! I hope you weren't eating).
