Besides the diarrhea, do you have or have you had any other symptoms such as fever, nausea or vomiting?
Are you currently taking any medications?
Are you pregnant or trying to get pregnant, or are you breastfeeding?

the other symptoms I have are nausea and I am currently on a baby trial and I am not taking any medication thank you

Since you have been experiencing nausea and are trying to conceive, there is no product or medication that is recommended at this time. I suggest that you stay hydrated and eat light foods such as soups, broths, toast with butter, eggs, etc. and avoid heavy or sweet foods such as red meat and milk.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
