Hello!😊
There is no over-the-counter treatment available for condyloma.
If this is the first time you've had this type of lesion, it's best to see a doctor for a diagnosis.
If the diagnosis has already been made, the doctor may prescribe a cream or gel to reduce symptoms.
On the other hand, there is no treatment to "kill" the virus. In fact, it is common for these lesions to reappear, with or without treatment.
Be aware that condylomata disappear within 4 months to 2 years, with or without treatment.
In order to reduce transmission, it is best to warn your sexual partner and avoid all sexual relations until the lesions disappear. However, the duration of contagion after the lesions disappear is unknown.
For your information, be aware that shaving the genital area can promote the spread of condyloma and that vaccination can help prevent new infections (such as Gardasil 9). However, there is a fee for this vaccine for men over the age of 26.
Happy day!
