Good morning, ma'am,
Do you have any other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose right now?
Have you tried anything for this problem?
Are your ears completely blocked?
Are you pregnant or trying to become pregnant or are you breastfeeding?
Do you have any allergies or intolerances?

Thanks for the feedback!
If your ear is not completely blocked, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. This process can help to drain water or relieve pressure in the sinuses (including the ears). It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders!
I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If Tylenol Sinus has not worked, I suggest stopping it and trying a decongestant nasal spray like Dristan or Drixoral, which can be used twice a day for up to 5 days.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm available if you have any other questions!
