What can I do to avoid heat, especially in my vagina?

23-year-old womana year ago
Hello, after I have sex, it gets hot when I pee and my vagina also gets hot for at least 1 hour. I have been in a relationship for a long time and we were virgins so no condoms. We use a lubricant. I tried to change and it hurts the same.

Hello Mrs,
Indeed, the rubbing of relations can irritate surfaces and cause pain or a burning sensation. This does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it is mild and temporary and there are no other symptoms.
I would suggest checking to see if this happens with every relationship or if it depends on the duration or intensity of the relationship. I also suggest checking if it is made worse by your partner's ejaculation as the different composition and pH of semen can make it worse.
For intercourse, use a water-based lubricant such as KY before and during intercourse if not already used. Avoid products that are scented, flavored or have spermicide in them.
If it persists or worsens, consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
