What should I do and if it is normal to have no pain after less than 24hrs?

I have already contacted a pharmacist, he advised me to use Anusol for a potential hemorrhoids because I had an itching style discomfort. After the first application I don't have any itching anymore, but I am more or less constipated and my stools are very hard, more than normal. And I still see small amounts of blood.

Hello Mrs.,
In order to better understand the situation, would it be possible to know if you are currently taking other medications?

Hello,
i am currently not taking any medication other than acetaminophen for my headaches and I stopped taking the birth control pill 2 months ago.

Thank you for the information, I am sorry for the delay in my response, I had not seen the notification!
Given the description of the situation, I suggest continuing to use Anusol Plus twice a day and after each bowel movement.
Avoid sitting on the toilet bowl for long periods of time, as this can make the situation worse. Get up as soon as you're done (don't read the newspaper or use your cell phone, for example)
I would also recommend using unscented wet wipes, a wet washcloth or a bidet for hygiene instead of toilet paper for the time being, to give the mucous membranes a chance to heal.
For constipation, taking PEG-3350 (LAX-A-DAY, Restoralax and other brands) can help soften the stool. It is a tasteless, odorless powder that is diluted in a small amount of any liquid and drunk once a day as needed. I encourage you to eat lots of fiber (fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc) and drink lots of fluids to soften the stool.
If the situation does not seem to improve after 2 weeks, or if it gets worse, you should consult a doctor.
I will remain available if you have any further questions
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
