I have a pimple between my buttocks and vagina, what should I do?

This morning when I went to the bathroom, when I wiped myself it hurt. I looked at it and discovered that I had a huge swollen red pimple about the size of my index finger nail. It is about 1-2 cm from the hole in my vagina near my buttocks. When I wipe or sit down it hurts, but otherwise I don't feel it. Hello, No it is not a hemorrhoid since it is not where the anus is. It's really next to the hole in the vagina. It has some hair around it, but not really where the red bump is.

Hello Madam, I need more details, is it possibly a hemorrhoid? Is there a possibility that it is an ingrown hair? Thanks for the information! I would suggest applying Replens moisturizer, available without a prescription, as often as needed. Moisturized skin is better able to heal. Also, use only clear water to clean the affected area as soap can irritate and slow down healing. For hygiene, I suggest using unscented wet wipes for the next few days to avoid irritating the area. I believe that you should avoid activities that may involve this type of injury until it is completely healed, if at all. If it persists or worsens, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
