Hello, I have a copper IUD and I have long periods. They can last up to 11 days, but with 4 days at the beginning and very little bleeding at the end. I would like to have some advice on how to make my periods come out more quickly.

Hello Mrs,
Unfortunately, this is not possible unless you take hormonal contraception. There is no other proven effective way to do this. If you wish to take this route, you will have to consult a doctor or a specialized nurse practitioner.
This can be done with the use of the copper IUD, but this would become less relevant.
I hope I've been helpful, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask

No supplement, such as vitamin c, has been proven effective?
