Hello, for about a week I have had small pimples under my breasts at the level of my bra. It started with only the left breast, but yesterday I noticed that I also had some under the right breast. I have no pain or itching. For the moment I apply cortisone cream on the pimples.

I am of the opinion that humidity could be the cause. To that effect, I would suggest applying a protective paste like Triad Hydrophile, Zincofax Extra strong or other, 2 to 3 times a day to see what happens. If the situation is not improved at all, one could think of a fungus. For this, Canesten applied twice a day x 14 days would be the way to go.
