What can I do to reduce my muscle problems?

72 -year-old man2 years ago
Hello, I am 70 years old and a non-smoker. I have muscular pains in my left hip and my buttocks as well as in my right groin sometimes and a little in my knees. It's been about 2 years since I fell on my left side on the floor. I had an X-ray of the hip, result: a little normal arthrosis, pelvis a little displaced. Four sessions with a kyropractor to reposition the pelvis. Then I saw a naturopath, I take liquid magnesium to reduce my acidity and eat less wheat bread and dessert. For about 6 months, I have been better in general, but it has been regressing for some time. I also have anxiety for a very long time by period (a little depressed). My pain makes me do more of it. Which professional should I see to help me please? Thank you so much for your help!

Hello, thank you for your question
I strongly suggest that you consult a physiotherapist for your pain. He/she will be able to evaluate your condition and develop a treatment plan with you. Most group insurances cover this type of service.
As for anxiety, if it is not already underway, I suggest that you consult a psychologist, who will be able to help you better manage your anxiety.
Sincerely

Thank you for your quick response.
I don't know a physiotherapist, can you suggest one near me? My postal code is: [Information removed to preserve confidentiality].
Same thing for a psychologist, please.
Thank you so much for your help!
