I have a pimple that appears on my genitals from time to time?

I have a kind of pimple on my genitals. It happens once in a while, I haven't had sex in 3 years, I don't have any other symptoms, there's nothing coming out of the "pimple", is it possible that it's just the rubbing of my underwear? It's a little inside the fat lip, not on top, but not completely inside. Once in a while I get a pimple that will appear on my genitals. On the big lips, not sure the top, but not completely inside either. It's only one all the time, there's nothing coming out of it, it's really just a little round bump/ball. I haven't had sex in 3 years, is it possible that it's just the rubbing of my underwear?
